Our Church has several great opportunities to be the hands and feet of Christ over the Holidays. First, this Saturday, December 14th we'll furnish a home for a mom and her children at the Mercy House. It will be the 33rd home we've furnished for Mercy. We leave PUMC at 8am sharp! Then, on Wednesday, December 11th we'll have our annual Night of Christmas Music here at PUMC starting at 6:30pm in the sanctuary with refreshments to follow. Also, on December 15th the Menard Co. Singers will perform at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Then, on Christmas Eve, we'll serve the poor at Kumler. We'll cook here at the Church through the afternoon and leave at 4pm, and begin serving at 5pm. Questions about the Mercy House, contact Dana @ 217-899-2918 and for questions about Kumler contact Mary @ 217-899-8644.

WELCOME!

The word “church” might be a noun, but at PUMC we also consider it a verb! We don’t just go to church here. We extend our hands out to our community, our region, and even internationally from our mission camps offered here at the church, mission trips, Operation Christmas Child, feeding the homeless and equipping apartments for single moms at the Mercy House in Springfield, and so much more!

Join us here for the journey of your lifetime!
